SPECIAL NEEDS – Please note any special needs, including wheelchair seating, on your order form under “Special Instructions” when you check out.  We will make every effort to accommodate needs or requests, but cannot guarantee them.

SECURITY – Northwest Associated Arts (NWAA) uses a secure website to process your credit card, and does not store any credit card information on our servers.

PAYMENTS – Online payments through our website can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

MAILING – Your tickets will be mailed to you from NWAA using standard US postal service first-class mail. Please be sure to provide us with your current mailing address when you complete your order.

HANDLING FEE – A handling fee of $1.50 per ticket will be added at checkout, up to a maximum fee of $9.00.

REFUNDS – All sales are final. Please be sure to confirm dates and quantities of tickets in your shopping cart before finalizing your order. Orders which have been completed cannot be refunded.
