Governing Body

Northwest Associated Arts (NWAA) is an IRS-registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, and is governed by an elected Board of Directors. The board is NWAA’s administrative, fundraising, and strategic planning arm. Board members also help with NWAA’s operational duties when necessary.

Board Membership

NWAA is continually seeking qualified individuals to serve on the board. Financial planning, fundraising, and marketing professionals are particularly sought. The term of board members is two years with an expected time commitment of 5-10 hours of service each month. Board members must also attend regularly-scheduled monthly meetings.

Staff Members

In addition to our elected Board of Directors, NWAA employs a small number of individuals for specific positions. Led by the Executive Director, staff members work hand-in-hand with Board members, Artistic Directors, and singers to keep our organization running efficiently.
