Special Event Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to Northwest Associated Arts (NWAA) special event tickets.

SPECIAL NEEDS – Please note any special needs, including wheelchair seating, on your order form under “Special Instructions” when you check out.  We will make every effort to accommodate needs or requests, but we cannot guarantee them.

SECURITY – NWAA uses Bank of America secure payment processing to charge your credit card, and does not store any credit card information on our servers.

PAYMENTS – NWAA accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express through the secure Bank of America server.

MAILING – Your tickets will be mailed to you from NWAA using standard US postal service first-class mail. Please be sure to provide us with your current mailing address when you complete your order.

HANDLING FEE – A handling fee of $7 per ticket will be added at checkout.  The maximum handling fee per order is $56, regardless of the number of tickets ordered.  Due to limitations in our shopping cart software, your handling fee may show up as “Shipping” in your order.

REFUNDS – All sales are final. Please be sure to confirm dates and quantities of tickets in your shopping cart before finalizing your order. Orders which have been completed cannot be refunded.
