Audition Information

Auditions for Cantaré Vocal Ensemble are by appointment only. Interested singers must have previous choral singing experience and possess some sight-reading skills. Singers will be asked to sing a short excerpt from any song of their choice - without accompaniment.

Rehearsals

Rehearsals are held every Tuesday evening from 7-9:30 pm in Victoria Hall at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 814 NE 85th St (map), in the Maple Leaf neighborhood of Seattle.

Additional Member Requirements

Members who sing in Cantaré pay a membership fee of $25 per month. This fee covers music expenses and portions of the conductor's salary, instrumentalist fees, and general operating expenses. There is a required uniform concert attire which is the singer's responsibility to obtain.
